認證標章使用 Rules for the Use of the Certified Person Mark

取得本機構核發之有效認證證書者，得於認證有效期間內依本機構規定使用認證標章。
Certified persons holding a valid certificate issued by the Certification Body may use the Certified Person Mark during the validity period of their certification in accordance with the applicable requirements.

使用原則 Conditions of Use
1.僅限於認證有效期間內使用。
The Certified Person Mark may only be used during the valid certification period.
2.不得修改、變更或重製認證標章之設計、比例、顏色或內容。
The Certified Person Mark shall not be altered, modified, reproduced, or used in any manner that changes its design, proportions, colours, or contents.
3.不得使任何人誤認產品、服務、管理系統或組織已獲本機構認證。
The Certified Person Mark shall not be used in any manner that implies certification of a product, service, management system, or organization.
4.認證暫停、撤銷、終止或到期時，應立即停止使用認證標章及相關宣稱。
Use of the Certified Person Mark and any related certification claims shall cease immediately upon suspension, withdrawal, termination, or expiry of certification.
5.違反本規範者，本機構得要求立即停止使用，並依相關規定採取必要處置。
Where misuse of the Certified Person Mark is identified, the Certification Body may require immediate cessation of use and take appropriate actions in accordance with its documented procedures.
補充說明Additional Information
取得認證者於核發證書時，應簽署《認證標章使用同意書》，並遵守本機構之認證標章使用規範。
Certified persons shall sign the Agreement for the Use of the Certified Person Mark upon certification and comply with the Certification Body's documented rules governing the use of the Certified Person Mark.
