本機構建立公開、公平、客觀及有效之申訴與抱怨處理機制,以維護申請人、已認證人員及其他利害相關者之權益。
The Certification Body has established an open, fair, and effective process for handling appeals and complaints to protect the interests of applicants, certified persons, and other interested parties.
受理範圍Scope
本機構受理與人員認證活動有關之下列事項:

對本機構認證活動之抱怨(Complaints regarding certification activities)
對已認證人員之抱怨(Complaints concerning certified persons)處理原則Principles
本機構承諾所有申訴與抱怨案件均依公平、公正、客觀及保密原則辦理,並由未參與原案件之適任人員進行審查,以確保處理結果之公正性。
The Certification Body is committed to handling all appeals and complaints in a fair, impartial, objective, and confidential manner. Reviews and decisions are conducted by competent personnel who were not involved in the original certification activity or decision.

The Certification Body handles all appeals and complaints in accordance with the principle of confidentiality. Information relating to appeals and complaints is accessible only to authorized personnel involved in the handling of the case and is protected in accordance with applicable legal requirements and the Certification Body's documented procedures.
